Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the item’s completion if it:
1. Has not been decorated with a name or number AND
2. Has not been worn and in new condition
To return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:
- Ship the item(s) to 10113 Franklin Ave, Franklin Park, IL 60131. Exchanges are shipped at your expense. Please include your name, address, phone #, order # and a brief explanation for the return. (e.g. size you want to exchange for or request a refund).
- If the item(s) is in stock, we will ship the item(s) to you immediately.
- If item(s) needs to be ordered, the item(s) will ship to you as soon as additional stock arrives into our warehouse.
- If a refund is desired, that refund will be processed back to the credit card you originally used to place the order. This may take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card.
